PALATINE, Ill. – The Harper College baseball program is pleased to announce the signing of Antioch High School senior pitcher Dave Rzewnicki. Rzewnicki recently met with head coach Cliff Brown to finalize his commitment.
According to Hawks pitching coach Dan Grybash, Rzewnicki, a right-hander, can command three pitches including a good sinking fastball with above average velocity, a curveball with great depth up and down, and also a changeup. Rzewnicki will be competing for a spot in Harper’s starting rotation next year.
“We are excited about Dave committing to our program and cannot wait to get him here in the fall to begin his development,” Grybash said.
