Liberty Lacrosse Head Coach Kelly Nangle has announced the addition of Maddi Little for the 2017-18 academic year.
Little, a defender from Malvern, Pa., is the seventh player to join Liberty's 2018 recruiting class, joining Claire Bratchie, Emily Browne, Brooke Bryan, Anna Keebler, Mackenzie Poist and Mia Toscano.
Little, a defender from Malvern, Pa., will be a part of the Liberty lacrosse program beginning in the fall. |
"When one door closes, another one opens. God works in mysterious ways, that I know," Little said. "I cannot wait to be a part of this team."
Little is still competing at Conestoga High School in Berwyn, Pa., and is a senior captain for the Pioneers. Conestoga currently holds a 21-1 record and has already claimed the Central Athletic League title as well as District 1 championship.
The Pioneers also won Central Athletic League titles in 2015 and 2016 when Little was a sophomore and junior. As a junior, she was a part of the state championship-winning Conestoga squad. During her sophomore campaign, the team finished runner-up in the state.
Little has played at the club level for Phantastix Lacrosse, based out of Philadelphia.
