"Liberty has an excellent program for student-athletes, and it also provides the best facilities. I believe coach Maren, coach Lemmi and all the girls will help me achieve my goals, and I will do my best to contribute to the success of our team!"
This year, Soares is currently 15-6 overall in the No. 1 slot in the lineup and is 20-2 at No. 1 doubles. The Southwest Baptist Bearcats currently sit at No. 16 in the NCAA DII rankings and will be playing in the national tournament, next week.
